Step into a tranquil sanctuary where healing energy and sacred sound intertwine to guide you home—to yourself. The Journey to Wellness is a deeply nurturing Reiki session enhanced by the soothing resonance of a sound bath and guided meditation designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.

As you settle into stillness, the tones of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes create a multi-sensory journey allowing the body and mind to ease into a deeper and more elevated state of relaxation.

High-vibrational Reiki energy is then channeled through me and infused into the space. With hands placed either lightly on or just above the body—according to your preference—the energy engages with your chakras and subtle energy fields, guiding healing where it is most needed. Through a series of intuitive hand placements and the resonant sounds of Tibetan bowls, energy blockages are gently released, allowing the chakras to realign and restore their natural flow.

This process supports both physical and emotional healing, fostering balance, inner peace, and a renewed sense of vitality. You may leave feeling lighter, more centered, and vibrationally uplifted—carrying this sense of clarity and calm with you into the days ahead.

The sound bath is included in every session, or can be emphasized/eliminated based on your desired preference.

A Reiki chair session is performed while the individual is seated in a comfortable chair, rather than lying down on a massage table. This approach is often used for those who may find it difficult to lie down or who prefer to remain seated. We will begin the session with some breathing exercises followed by a guided meditation.

The sound bath is included in every session, or can be emphasized/ eliminated based on your desired preference.

A distant Reiki session is a powerful form of energy healing that transcends physical boundaries. Ideal for those unable to travel, not local, or simply wish to relax in your own home, this option allows you—and/or your beloved animal companion—to receive deep energetic support from a distance.

Using a photo and your shared intentions, the session is performed just as it would be in person. Reiki energy knows no limits; it flows intuitively to where it is most needed, offering healing, balance, and renewal across time and space.

You are welcome to email your intentions, any emotional or physical concerns, or simply what you would like support with. Alternatively, we can arrange a brief pre- and post-session call to connect, reflect, and discuss how the energy was received by you and/or your furry companion.

Utilizing various methods of Animal Reiki, I offer on-site visits to your farm or rescue facility, where I will work closely with either an individual animal or a group of animals, depending on your specific needs. This approach allows me to connect with the animals in their natural environment, fostering a sense of trust and comfort. Whether addressing the needs of a single animal or an entire flock, my goal is to support their well-being and help them thrive through this gentle, energy-based healing practice.
