It’s important to appreciate that each animal has its own unique personality, needs, and preferences. By getting to know more about you and your pet, we can develop a personalized plan that supports their well-being and happiness.
A note on scheduling…
- Arrive early: For in person sessions, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
- Cancelation Policy: Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all services.
- What to wear: The individual will remain fully clothed and is encouraged to dress comfortably, including wearing socks throughout the session. Please avoid wearing heavy perfume or cologne to ensure a pleasant and balanced environment for everyone. An eye cover and blanket will be provided to enhance your comfort and make your session more enjoyable.
